ANSWER	ANSWER VIEW ACJ subluxation. Note also that the Coraco-clavicular distance (an eyeballing assessment) appears to exceed 1.3cm. This raises the additional possibility that the coraco-clavicular ligaments have also been ruptured. 1.3cm distance? ANSWER	ANSWER VIEW Classic appearance of collapse of the right upper lobe. The most likely underlying cause will depend in large part on the clinical history (eg smoker?; asthmatic?; other?).
