Trained in radiology at Northwick Park Hospital and the MRC Clinical Research Centre. Undertook a 14 month Fellowship at The Hospital for Sick Children and St. Michael's Hospital in Toronto. Currently Lecturer and Honorary Consultant in Clinical Radiology at the University of Cambridge and Addenbrooke's Hospital. Numerous subspecialty interests include Ultrasound, Emergency Department radiology, and Paediatric radiology. |

Formerly Consultant Radiologist at St. George's Hospital, London. Previously visiting Professor at the University of Miami Medical School, USA; previously Senior Lecturer in Radiology, University of Auckland Medical School, New Zealand. Previously Consultant Radiologist, Northwick Park and St. Mark's Hospitals. Other roles have included: an Examiner at the Royal College of Radiologists, and Chairman of the Royal College's Training and Accreditation Committee. One time (1995-2000) elected Officer and member of Council of the Royal College of Radiologists. |

Consultant radiologist at University College Hospital, London. Trained in radiology at Northwick Park and St Mark's Hospitals, London. Interests include : medical education, information technology as applied to the teaching of medical students and doctors at all levels of experience, head and neck imaging, gastrointestinal radiology and Emergency Department radiology. Simon was a driving force behind the creation of The Chest X-Ray : A Survival Guide ( Elsevier Ltd, 2008 ) . . . his experience as a junior doctor ( Medicine ) and later as a Specialist Registrar ( Radiology ) had identified the pressing need for a clinically orientated, slip-in-your-pocket and easy-to-use book that would assist with every day CXR interpretation. |
