The dorsal cortex of the distal radius is irregular. This indicates an undisplaced fracture of the distal radius.

The bones on the right side of the face appear normal. However, there is a line crossing the left zygomatic arch. There is also a suggestion of slight displacement at this precise site. It is difficult to dismiss this as an overlap shadow.

CONCLUSION: Left zygomatic arch fracture.

(1). The body of C6 vertebra appears slightly compressed. Also, there is a fragment at the posterior and inferior aspect of the C6 vertebral body.

(2). The top of T1 vertebra is not shown. This means that the C7 vertebra cannot be fully evaluated on these radiographs.

CONCLUSIONS:

1. Fracture of the body of C6 vertebra.

2. C7 vertebra needs additional evaluation / imaging.

3. CT imaging of the cervical spine is indicated.

1). The Acromio clavicular (AC) joint is abnormal. There is dislocation of the AC joint.

2). No evidence of a fracture.

3). The coraco-clavicular (CC) distance is normal on this AP radiograph.
